Seller and contact

Products and orders

Product pages describe the garment, available variants and price. Check your size, colour and delivery details before paying. Items are produced after ordering. A standard BLKMRK design is not automatically treated as a product personalised to your specifications.

Completing payment submits an order with an obligation to pay. We confirm acceptance and order details electronically. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund amounts due for the unavailable item.

Prices and payment

Prices and currency appear on the product page. The checkout shows the order amount, shipping charge and any tax charged by the seller before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges.

Delivery

We aim to serve international customers, subject to product availability, destination restrictions and delivery services. Production and transit times vary by item and destination. An order may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking appears in your account for orders placed while signed in.

Before payment, Gelato calculates the available delivery service, current charge and estimated dates from the products and delivery address. The selected charge is shown in Stripe Checkout. If Gelato cannot serve the cart or destination, payment cannot start.

Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed date. Where applicable consumer law provides a delivery deadline, your statutory rights remain unchanged. Import taxes or carrier clearance charges may be payable where applicable and are not included unless expressly stated before payment.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU generally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that they wish to withdraw from an online purchase, without giving a reason. Email your order reference and decision to withdraw to hello@blkmrk.it. You may use the model notice below, but this is optional.

After notifying withdrawal, return the goods within the applicable statutory period, normally 14 days. Send returns to Lanfranco Rosso – STRIKETING, via C. Colombo, 6 – 30173 Mestre (VE) – Italy. Contact us for assistance with the return procedure. Do not send items to a production facility or the sender printed on the parcel: Gelato does not operate a customer returns service. Contacting us does not make your legal right of withdrawal dependent on our approval.

You bear the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. For valid withdrawal we reimburse payments including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your notice. Where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

The withdrawal exception for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised applies only where legally valid and disclosed before purchase. It does not remove remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue; photographs can help us investigate. Applicable statutory guarantees remain available, including the EU minimum two-year legal guarantee where relevant. Repair, replacement, price reduction or refund follow applicable law. A supplier's internal reporting deadline does not shorten your statutory rights.

Accounts and applicable law

Keep your password secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Your account displays only orders linked to it at checkout. Guest purchases are not automatically assigned by matching an email address.

Italian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer jurisdiction or legal rights.
